The location is unbeatable. I found myself steps away from key attractions. the breakfast offered a good variety to start the day right. i also appreciated the 24-hour reception. It added a layer of security. the staff was always ready to assist.
the room size was a little smaller than i expected.

excellent breakfastconvenient bus
I really enjoyed the excellent breakfast. It went from 7:30 to 11:00!!! the shuttle bus to the airport was conveniently located within a couple blocks. the location had many restaurants. the on and off bus was close by, and so were metro trains and city buses.
I didn't like the temperature control. It was central and i couldn't adjust it in my room.

The location was acceptable, close to transportation.
The room was not clean. I found hair in the shower drain. The photos online were misleading. The facilities seemed very run down. Breakfast meats looked like they had been sitting out for days.

Location was excellent as it was close to the Universitat metro station. I appreciate that Plaça Catalunya was within walking distance. The staff was helpful and kind to me. They assisted me with all my needs.
The absence of a mini bar in the room was a mistake from the hotel. I would like to see a mini bar in the future. The hotel should include a mini bar.

The staff was very friendly. They were ready to assist with luggage storage after checkout as well. I am thankful for the kind assistance from the staff, and they were attentive to requests. The service was fast and efficient.

The hotel has an amazing location as it is very close to Placa universitat. Plaça Catalunya is within walking distance which I value greatly. I was pleased with how close it was to many attractions.

the hotel location is perfect! i stepped outside and was right at the metro station. i could easily walk to many places, so convenient! the staff were really helpful too.

lots of restaurants and cafes are really close. cafe 365 is awesome. there are many options, so you can find something you like and it's quite nice.

the room had clean beds, so it was pretty nice. towels were changed daily, super useful and clean. it felt well maintained, a big plus.

The hotel's location impressed me. Placa Catalunya is only a short walk away. The staff was friendly, especially Andre.
Overhead lights did not work well including the bathroom.
